The raw power given by the Aglianico grape is blend with the less known Piedirosso, that brings smoothness to the blend and balances the acidity and tannins of the Aglianico grape. The result is a perfectly balanced wine that doesn\'t lack in character and that is aged in French Oak to add structure and texture.

Fenile grape (meaning “straw”) imparts that bright yellow colour and high sugar content, but Ginestra instead donates that dominant broom dominant aroma and a fresh acidity that makes it good for ageing. The Ripoli one gives a similar acidity to that of the Falanghina, with an aroma that makes it so easy to drink. Intriguing, complex yet easy and welcoming, like the South of Italy itself.
